Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made through stores built on zer01. Because products are digital and delivered instantly, please review before buying.

Digital goods

Most products are downloadable digital goods. If a product is faulty, not as described, or was not delivered, you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt email or contact the store owner. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card) or wallet (crypto) where supported.

Chargebacks & disputes

We work with store owners and our payment provider to resolve disputes fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account action.
